Nerams rescue teams will initially provide a risk analysis for the client, it is imperative that we work closely with the client to establish a full understanding of their processes; once formulated this will be developed into a full risk assessment proposal and operational plan. This will ensure all risks have been identified and the correct number of operatives with appropriate skillsets are made available on any given contract.
Technical rescue is a specialized blend of fire service and medical rescue, encompassing six disciplines: rope rescue, confined space rescue, vehicle/machinery rescue, structural collapse rescue, trench rescue and water rescue. This also includes toxic gas environments.
Rapid Response Technical Rescue professionals train intensively to be able to perform when a situation is particularly difficult or dangerous. They operate on any terrain such as within confined spaces, great heights, etc. when a conventional rescue cannot be safely performed.
Nerams has an internal verification framework for front line operatives assessing continued competence and knowledge in this field. Each team member is issued with a CPD folder which is maintained by the individual, recording suitable evidence operationally, in a training environment and other personal development.
