Nerams provides a professional quality Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) across the North East and Northumberland, 24/7, 365 days a year. Our focus is to meet patient needs and get you to and from your hospital and deliver clinical appointments. Our safe and clean vehicles are of a specification, driven by a team of passionate and caring people we have specially recruited for a standard of care in your journey.
We work with NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and private healthcare providers to provide patient transport for ad-hoc patient journeys, contractual and framework contracts as well as providing short term additional support during peak times.
We have a varied range of patient transport services which include:
